Case study: from India to innovation – how Ayurveda inspired a wellness brand

As part of my work with Create Growth N2., I had the pleasure of interviewing Sunita Passi, the inspiring founder of Tri-Dosha. What started as a business trip to India turned into a life-changing journey into Ayurveda – and eventually, a thriving wellness brand rooted in ancient wisdom and modern innovation.

Sunita spoke openly about her path: from childhood memories in her grandfather’s Ayurvedic clinic in Punjab, to burnout as a journalist, to training in Kerala and launching her own clinic in London. Today, she’s an award-winning entrepreneur, author, and educator – and she’s just getting started.

We talked about how the CGN2 Immersive Technology programme helped her explore new ways to share her message – from video storytelling to digital learning – and how it’s inspiring the launch of her third book.

This case study was shaped through a one-on-one interview, where I crafted the story to reflect Sunita’s passion, purpose, and the power of local support in helping her business grow.
